Working in a demanding business environment and as a passionate cyclist, founder Bart Roels recognized the need for a corporate event where colleagues could step away from their daily routines and unite in pursuit of a shared cycling goal.

In 2018, Bart launched the Corporate Cycling Challenge, a unique B2B cycling event where companies compete in a fun, sporty atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork. By integrating networking opportunities, branding initiatives, and content generation, the event quickly became a dynamic and fast-growing success.

Through its Challenges and side events, the Corporate Cycling Challenge champions “healthy cycling” as a pathway to a fit, active, and balanced lifestyle for professionals across all industries. Together with its partners, the event promotes the value of fitness and camaraderie in the workplace, fostering a sense of community while encouraging participation from a diverse audience. After all, a healthy employee leads to a healthy company!

Flanders Classics

From 2025, the Corporate Cycling Challenge is joining forces with Flanders Classics, organiser of spring classics including the Tour of Flanders and Gent-Wevelgem in Flanders Fields, owner of the Telenet Superprestige, licensee of the UCI World Cup Cyclo-cross and organiser of Heathland Gravel – an official Unbound Gravel qualifier.
